Double-brick walls create a natural air buffer. High ceilings and cross-ventilation keep the space cool all day without air conditioning.
Shade and light
The workspace is shaded from direct sun but always well-lit. No glare on your screen, no heat radiating from the walls.

Electrical outlets within reach of every work area. No hunting for extension cords.
You can also work from the deep sofa, the balcony, or the common areas. But we made sure the desk is so good you might not want to.
Common questions about working here
But will the wifi actually work?
We use Starlink satellite internet. It is fast, stable, and independent of local infrastructure. Video calls, large uploads, screen sharing: all tested, all reliable.
Won't it be too hot to work?
The apartments were thermally engineered from the ground up. Double-brick walls with an insulating air gap. Deep shade overhangs. Cross-ventilation oriented to catch the western breeze. High ceilings. Multiple fans. The interior stays noticeably cooler than the outside air, all day, without air conditioning.
What about noise?
Casa Maradi is on a quiet residential hillside, not on the main street. The apartments are designed with acoustic separation in mind. You can take calls without background noise.
What about power outages?
Electrical outlets at every workspace, plus backup power for voltage fluctuations. Your laptop and monitor will not cut out mid-call.
